Cancellation Policy
Life happens—we understand. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations made within 48 business hours will incur a 50% fee, while same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
To ensure prompt processing, cancellations should be made through this portal. Messages sent via text outside business hours will be addressed the next working day.
Exceptions are made for personal illness or emergencies, including family medical situations. However, last-minute childcare issues or changes do not qualify for exemption. Please note: card details are not stored, and cancellation fees are not charged automatically.
